Privacy Policy
This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit kambadanielsson.com, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., San Francisco, USA. When you open a page, your browser automatically transmits technical data, which Vercel stores in server logs:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- page requested
- referring page
- browser and operating system
This data is required to deliver the website correctly and securely, and is deleted automatically after a short time.
Vercel is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Switzerland recognises certified US companies as providing an adequate level of data protection.
3. Visitor statistics
I use Vercel Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how often pages are visited. It works without cookies and does not create personal profiles or track you across other websites.
4. Contact by email
If you write to me, I use the information you provide (e.g. your name, email address and the content of your message) only to reply to your enquiry and any follow-up questions and, where relevant, to carry out a commission. I do not pass it on to third parties.
5. Private galleries
The private wedding gallery stores a temporary entry in your browser (session storage) so that you do not need to re-enter your access code during a visit. It is deleted when you close the browser tab and is not used for tracking.
If you request an access code through the form on the gallery page, your name, email address and wedding date are sent via Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India), which forwards them to me by email. Web3Forms runs on Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner and passes your IP address and email address to spam filters (CleanTalk, Akismet). Transfers from Switzerland are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. Web3Forms keeps submissions for up to three years unless they are deleted earlier; I delete requests once they have been handled. If you prefer, you can simply email me instead.
6. Fonts and external links
All fonts are hosted on this website itself; no data is sent to Google or other font services. Links to Instagram and LinkedIn only transmit data to those services once you click them. Their own privacy policies then apply.
7. Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you have the right to:
- information about the personal data I hold about you
- correction of inaccurate data
- deletion of your data or restriction of its processing
- receive or transfer your data in a common format
